So we recently got contracted by wedding photographers Ray Santana & Kenny Kim to produce a small film on their workshop, Portfolio + Workshop. It’s a great event for new photographers to really dive in and ask questions with the pro. They also go out and do a shoot in the afternoon allowing new photographers to build their portfolios. I am so incredibly excited to share this post with everyone. We had the incredible opportunity to shoot a wedding at the beautiful new Epic Hotel in Downtown Miami. It is absolutely beautiful. It has a very modern & unique look that reminds me a lot of the architecture and design found in LA. I absolutely love this place. Along with an amazing location, we got to work with an amazing couple in Racquelyn & Jeff. They are absolutely amazing and brought so much life to the video. We collaborated again with Carlos Baez and photographers and it was a blast as always. ENJOY the clip and let me know your thoughts!
P.S. One of my favorite things to do is to try and push the boundaries of what people think a wedding video should look like. Whether I do this through shooting style, filters, or music, I get a high off people telling me, “How were you able to make that work!” That to me is the greatest feeling because you’re pushing the boundaries of the norm. With this one, I wanted to create a Kanye/Wedding blend. ENJOY!

So we had the great opportunity to shoot the beautiful wedding of Sofia & Ryan at the Biltmore. This hotel is amazing. Beyond just being one of the most recognizable landmarks in Miami, it truly is a work of art. It seems like around every corner there is another beautiful backdrop to shoot an amazing film. It was a great day and Sofia & Ryan loved every minute of it. Here is a clip. ENJOY!
